Financiario LLC (“Financiario,” “we,” “us”) provides strategic finance software and services. This notice explains what we collect, why we use it, who we disclose it to, your choices, and how to contact us.

  1. Information we collect
    • Identifiers and contact: name, email, phone, company, role.
    • Commercial information: purchases, subscription plan, invoices, records of services.
    • Internet and technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, cookies and similar technologies.
    • Professional information: employer, department.
    • Content you submit: form messages, support requests, uploaded documents.
    • Sensitive data: we do not seek it; if provided, we limit use to purposes allowed by law.

    We rely on contract, legitimate interests (product improvement, security, B2B communications), consent (where required, including non-essential cookies and marketing), and legal obligation.

    We disclose personal information to:
    • Service providers (hosting, analytics, communications, payments),
    • professional advisors and authorities where required, and
    • business transferees in corporate transactions.
      Service providers are not permitted to use data for their own purposes.

  6. “Sale” / “Share” of personal information (US)
    We do not sell personal information. We share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California law. You can opt out at /do-not-sell and via Cookie preferences. We honor required browser signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC).
  7. International transfers
    We process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
  8. Security
    We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk. No system is 100% secure.
  9. Retention
    We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention varies by category (see table below).
  10. Your rights

    EEA/UK (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
    California (CPRA): know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale/share, limit use of sensitive personal information, and non-discrimination. Submit requests to office@financiario.com. We verify identity and respond within statutory timelines. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority.
  11. ChildrenOur services are for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (US) or 16 (EEA/UK).
  12. Changes
    If we update this Policy, we will post a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted.
